Settling back into our home in Antwerp after extensive travels always reignites our passion for cooking. This time, our kitchen endeavors were inspired by an assignment for Food & Wine Magazine, featuring the creations of Grace Parisi. The challenge? To cook and photograph ten of her easy, yet delectable recipes.

The culinary journey started with Orecchiette with Proscuitto and Melon, a dish that beautifully balances the saltiness of prosciutto with the fresh, sweet melon. Here’s how it looked:
