On entering the lower level holds a seating space with low rise patterned sofas and wooden base, glass top coffee and side tables. A wooden and iron banister divides the two levels. The upper level has a wooden reception table and 3 rooms. Please note that while each room at an apartment is self-sufficient and rented out separately, the living room and dining area may be commonly shared by all residents of that apartment. Rooms A total of 8 rooms are categorised as 7 Suites and 1 Royal Suite which is the higher category. The Royal Suites are larger spaces with have two interconnecting rooms - one being the bedroom and the other the living room. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, air conditioning, direct dial STD/ISD telephones, mini refrigerators, wireless internet at an extra charge, 24 hours room service and geysers in the washrooms. The washrooms are large space with basic toiletries and these rooms exude a sense of comfort and convenience.
