Using the Guide helped me to see the highlights at the Museum in a way that I don’t think I would have done without it. The explanation of exhibits in the guide was very interesting. My only criticism is that there was an element of wokeness in the guide that was not, in my opinion, necessary.

The experience was not enjoyable nor a value for money. Firstly entrance into the Museum is on donation so I’m not sure how much of the ticket price has gone to the museum but donated an additional £40 on behalf of my daughter and I. Secondly the app kept failing anytime either of us took a pic with our phones causing us to log back in each time and they to find our spot in the recordings. So frustrating. Finally it was very difficult to match the presentation up with the exhibits … which caused both of us to give up at some point. Very disappointing. We’ve used your app pretty consistently over the course of two European trips as well as Vancouver BC and must tell you if this had been our first experience we wouldn’t be back.
