Located on the 2nd floor of a building (7 Vardanants Street), the apartment has every facility a traveller may need for their stay in Yerevan giving: high speed Wi-Fi, 24 h hot/cold water, heating, AC, flat-screen satellite TV, towels and sheets are provided, a nicely decorated seating area where one can relax after sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen of the apartment is under the guests' disposal: here guests can cook, make tea/ coffee. The location (5 minutes of walk from the underground station Hanrapetutyan Hraparak and a number of public transport stops) is very vibe and dynamic, but still relatively calm place with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The Hotel is a quick drive from the airport. Guests may take advantage of the on-site car park.
