This proved to be a great few hours for 3 different generations in our family group. Staff were exceedingly helpful at all points of the day. All the relics retained were really interesting and well displayed. The separate exhibition was equally superb. (so good in fact, that after we had refreshments, my 9 year old grand-daughter wanted to go back in so that all areas were seen and enjoyed. She especially enjoyed making a stamp of her grandmother complete with big red lips and dangly ear-rings. I would happily return!

The museum itself and the train are excellent so people should definitely visit. What was very frustrating is we go their on time for 3.30pm and told to go to the train first - which took 35 mins standing in a queue. when it did finish we only had c. 10 mins to

Had high expectations, but it was very poor, maybe if you had a small child crazy about post etc would have been interesting. Annoying to find, and then across two sites, all be it close together. The train was very cramped and should have had a pre warning about lights going out and being stuck in a tunnel. All in all found it fairly dull and was expecting two hours of going around and paid £17.50 did the whole lot in 30 mins. Did not feel it was value for money. Possibly ok with a child but not for adults. A disappointing and expensive experience. Would NOT recommend sorry.
