Only deducted a star because it would be nice if there was a sign at the bottom of the stairs directing people who prepurchased tickets online to go up and to the left. There was one very long line when we got there that was just for the ticket office and slowly half of us figured out that we didn’t need to wait. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and the tour was very interesting.
