Poor instructions on meeting point. Incorrect paper work provided to 3rd party providing tickets. Lack of information/instructions as to where to go after receiving the incomplete paperwork. Would not use this provider again.

It was difficult to find the meeting point and there was no response from the activity provider when I messaged them and the phone number did not work for calling. Once inside, the museum was excellent.
